If lifting heavy weights isn’t exactly your thing, we offer Kickboxing-Conditioning classes! These classes have a mixture of punching, kicking, kettlebells, biking, rowing, and bodyweight exercises designed to get your heart rate peaked and burn those calories.
WHY DO IT?
ShadowBox Cardio Kickboxing is a group fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout. Our classes are in a group fitness environment and are coached by former Professional MMA Fighter ‘Caleb Ball’. With Caleb’s background and fitness expertise, he’s created a full-body workout incorporating high-intensity rounds of shadowboxing, body-weight exercises and heavy bag work using various guided punch combos.
Classes are a 45-minute workout to both lose and find yourself.
